Cannot adjust beater angle

I made a post about this, but i was really too unclear with it. I have the Tama HP310LW Speedcobra pedals, but the problem is i cant adjust the beater angle. I want to adjust it individually from the footboard, but there's no screw which i could loosen up. The slave pedal beater has that kind of screw, but not the main beater.
