Incredible "policy" from Memphis Drum Shop

Last Thursday, I bought an $879.00 USD Black Beauty with these guys. Friday went by and no notice about shipment. I wrote to the sales department and no answer. Monday morning: another note and no answer. Just five minutes ago, after my third intent with their sales department, they answered me that Ludwig prohibits them to sell outside the USA. There is no notice about that in the site. In fact, I have bought thirteen new snares from the Internet (five of them by Ludwig) and never had a problem. What do you think? They offer you the product, you get charged for a thousand bucks, and then you get rejected. Nice sales policy. Nice indeed. Long gone are the days when the client had any importance. Its a pity.
