I absolutely have to replace my toms top heads (12" 13" 16"). I had Ambassador Clear before. IMO they had too much sustain and last too long (Had to muffle it when recorded). I want to change now.
But i don't know what to choose : Ambassador coated ? Emperor Coated or Evans G2 Coated ?
I usually play Rock gigs but love to play jazz stuff too. So what do you think about those 3 head ?
