I have never been a big fan of electronic drums but apartment living has me desperate. I know very little about these kits.

Can anyone suggest a brand/model of electronic drums that respond very similarly to the sticks as acoustic drums?



I would like to be able to play a CD and play along so I can hear it in headphones and nobody else can hear anything. If possible, I'd also like to be able to record what I am playing so I can play it back and self analyze.
