Just got behind my kit and thought I'd attempt my very first fill. Well I think it's a fill and it's not very impressive.
I found it much more difficult than it appears. Coming somewhat off beat, playing the fill strokes, resting a bass drum beat and then getting back on groove is not easy!
You will note that I sped up somewhat when returning to the beat but did throttle it back once I'd noticed.
