Any "fun" grooves for practice pad?

So here's the thing. Been sticking away at my practice pad for a few weeks now and I'm getting there. My eight on a hand, four on a hand, double stroke roll, single stroke roll, paradiddles and reverse paradiddles are coming on nicely.



However I fancy going a little "off topic" and learning something that sounds good even on a practice pad?



So are there any grooves or sticking patterns within the capabilities of a beginner I could learn?



Ideally anything with a step-by-step guide or YouTube videos would be great.
