I have a TD-20 kit that I've always used with headphones just for practice. Drums sound great.
I recently picked up a KC-350 amp to have the option of not always using headphones. Got a great deal on CL - or so I thought.
Anyway, the drums sound ok, but the cymbals, especially a 'wet' hi hat sound, are extremely distorted. Right now I'm fearing the worst. Something blown in the amp. I triple checked the kind of cords I'm using and the connections, so I know that the setup is correct.
Anyone else have this problem before? I'm somewhat of a newbie with amplifiers so I need some advise, please.
