I have a vintage duct taped cow bell, that was duct taped in the early to mid-70s, and the tape is now setup like concrete, LOL. I don't know if I dare disturb it. Even though allowing the bell to ring a little might improve it? Maybe not, I guess I wanted a hard thud on it for some song from the 70s. It's all in the past. But I did hit the cowbell this week. It hasn't gotten better with age, lol.
