Polyrhythmic/Polymetric groove - 7 against 5 against 3

I got a 7 pattern going between the snare and kick, a 5 pattern in my right hand, and a simple 3 pattern in my left foot. Put it all together, and you get this --

Also, here's how I have it written out in my notebook. It's like watered down drum tabs. The Xs above the numbers represent the 5 pattern in my right hand and the dots below the numbers represent the 3 pattern in my left foot.
