Sorry for the naive questions but I am self taught and only in the last couple years working rudiments rigorously on my kit.

(1) If I set my metronome to 120 bpm and the R and L above land on the click, I am playing the paradiddle at 60 bpm, right?
(2) And if I play the paradiddle say as a fill for half a bar (1 and 2) in 4:4 time, it is being played as 16ths notes, but 8th notes if I fill a whole bar?
My comfortable 'speed limit' for this right now seems to be (1) above. Pretty slow eh?
