I was tuning up my toms the other day and I just can not get my floor Tom right. When I hit it, it sounds like almost dead and very flat. It is an 18 inch, so I'm not looking for a super vibrant sound, but I want a BOOM sound, you guys got any tips? I'm new to tuning btw, so sorry if I ask a lot of questions :)
