Looking for a new drum set (4-6 piece)!! Please give me some ideas!
Wanting to spend no more than $1500. I do not need cymbals or stands.
As my name states, I play in churches mainly. I play Southern Gospel, Christian Rock, Contemporary, etc. I do play in parks and civic centers in the summers. In the larger venues, my drums are miced.
I invested in cymbals first. Compared to some of you on here, this is a small set-up (take it easy on me!). These sound good together though, and blend well since they are all of the same family.
14 inch Zildjian A Custom Fast Crash
16 inch Zildjian A Custom Fast Crash
18 inch Zildjian A Custom Fast Crash
20 Inch Zildjian A Custom Ride
14 inch Zildjian A Custom Hi-Hats
As of now, I have a Peace drum set. Not even for sure on the model number. Picked it up fairly cheap, but it sounds ok with new Evan heads, but looking to upgrade. Brand name does not matter to me as long as they sound good!
Where I live, like no large drum shops exist. So I have to order almost everything online. So can't just run up to the local drum shop and test some sets out.
Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks
