Hi Hat Old Stamp/Intermediate Stamp Zildjian K Problem

I have a two 14 inch Zildjian K Istanbul Cymbals Old Stamp and Intermediate stamp. The Old Stamp has a 9mm hole and the Intermediate has an 11mm. Is there any type of adapter or clutch that will work for this problem?
