(Okay, so if you have seen some of my previous posts, you've probably noticed that I'm always asking for help. haha, sorry about that, i'm still trying to figure out the concept of how drums work, and I am still learning.)
Hey, so I have been trying to look for a better drum pedal, considering the fact that mine is super old, and seems to be holding me back on my drumming skills. You might understand what I mean once you've seen what kind of pedal I have. (here is a pic that isnt mine, but looks identical

Those pedals are not mine, but they look exactly like the ones that I am currently am using. I just need a pedal that will be able to hit the 8ths and 16ths notes fairly well. I usually practice jazz beats on my drumset, but will use my drumset for a smaller band that plays hip hop. In other words, I need a versatile pedal. also, I could care less if it was a double pedal or not. I don't plan on using double pedals anytime soon.
So, Here is what I have figured out, and I kinda want/need some advice on this part. I really want to get a used Iron Cobra. I've done a little research on them, not too much, and figured that as long as I get a single used kick, it might be able to barely fit in my price range. (which is around 50$) I wanted to get rid of my old pedal and get a nicer one. So here is my first question, Based on the way that my current pedal is, how much could I lower the price of a pedal if I exchanged my current one? Or in general, how much do you think my pedal is worth? I know well that to even be able to get rid of mine is quite the far stretch, but its worth an attempt. The second question I have is what other pedals do you know of that roughly fits in my price range, and will get the job done? (used or new, it doesn't matter to me) I really like the Iron Cobras, but that's because those are one of the most popular ones. I'd like to expand my knowledge on pedals for future reference and also to be open minded on other pedals. If you could help out that'd be great! Thanks.
