Morning all!
I have just started learning and I bought a Roland TD-15kv, an acoustic kit would have been far too noisey for the area I live in.
I use headphones as much as I can, however you can still hear the noise of me hitting the heads through the floor. I am wondering if anyone has any experience on how to dampen the sound. I have am from the UK and I have found the below at Maplin, but I am not sure if its any good?

If anyone has any advice on this it would be great! I have seen the e-drum mats you can buy, but I have been told to use something like the above link as they are cheaper and work just as well!
Thanks in advance
