Mount smaller tom directly on floor tom

Hi

I'm looking for a way to mount a smaller tom (12-13") directly on a 16" floor tom, so it has the same level.
I assume using one of the floor tom legs could do, with an arm/extender/clamp of some kind
I tried searching but don't know what to look for

Do you know what/how?

Or are there other options?
