has anyone else ever experienced either of these issues?...
1. i've never been able to get my slave (left) pedal to the same height as the right one. i've tried all the obvious things like making sure the cams are the same, the chains are set to the same height etc, but there doesn't seem to be a simple easy way of re-aligning the pedal. it's slightly lower than my right hand pedal and really annoys me at times
2. when i set the spring tension so that the pedals feel equal, i sometimes get more of a 'bounce-back' from the slave pedal. it kind feels like you're doing a heel-toe double stroke. this doesn't happen on the right pedal
obviously your body tries to compensate for both of these problems, but it would obviously be much nicer if they both had an even height and response. i don't have either of these issues with my dw5000's on the practice kit
