Paiste 2002 20" Ride Black Stamp date?

I wonder if anyone can help me date my 20" 2002 ride? I've read that the six digit serial number suggests it's from the 70's, but the first number is '0'. Does this mean it's from 1970, or could it be 1980? Full serial# is 030798. Any info would be appreciated.
